Here is a summary of the rules and regulations at Crowne Plaza-Boston Natick including the agreement we made with the hotel management in order to obtain a group room rate. The group rate reservation code is “THS”.

Check-in/check-out Time
The check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and the checkout is 12:00 PM on the day of your departure except Sunday, October 11, 2009. If you depart at the end of Reunion event on Sunday, the checkout has been extended to 2 PM. For classmates who participate the New England tour, you may have to check out in the morning.

Guest Room Rate
All guestrooms reserved in the contract are identical “double bed non-smoking”. The group room block rate is $100 per night per double occupancy with an additional 9.7% hotel tax.

Cut off Date
Guests need to make their reservations by Wednesday, September 9, 2009 to receive the group room block rate. After this cut off date, the hotel will continue to accept reservations subject to availability of its guest rooms, but the group contracted room rate of $100 will no longer be available. The room rate for dates prior to and after the Reunion is the same rate provided the reservation is made before the cut off date.

Cancellation
Any individual reservation can be cancelled without penalty by 6 PM the day prior to the guest’s arrival. In the event a reservation is cancelled after 6 PM prior to arrival date, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax to the guest. A cancellation number should be obtained from the reservation desk for reference.

Early Departure Fee
In the event a guest who has reserved a room within the group block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $50.00 to the guest’s individual account.
